At Crown & Spur, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once you've told us, you have a further 7 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• With all original tags and labels attached
• In their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned without their tags.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn and washed
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

1. Email us at Carl@crownandspuruk.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and our returns address.
3. Package your item securely and post it back to us.

Please note: unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, excluding any return postage costs.

If you need a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
