Ordering & Dispatch Policy

Crown & Spur is a small, independent business, and every order is handled with care. Please take a moment to read how our ordering process works.

When you place an order with us, you'll receive an automatic email confirming we've received it. This confirmation means your order has been placed successfully — it does not mean it has been dispatched.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

As a small company, we ask for your patience. Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Most orders are sent sooner than this, but during busy periods or product launches, dispatch may take the full 15 days. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Delivery times quoted by the courier are in addition to our dispatch time.

All prices are shown in [£ GBP] and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

While we take every care to ensure prices and product details are correct, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at Carl@crownandspuruk.co.uk. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

Occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed. If we're unable to fulfil part of your order, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative.
